PRIVACY FIRST

Privacy
Policy.

Effective September 13, 2026

Your plan is your business.

Survival Adventure Werks (“SAW,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects the practical privacy concerns of preparedness customers. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we use it and when it may be shared.

01

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address and message when you contact us. Companies applying to sell through SAW also provide business contact information, product categories, fulfillment capabilities, pricing practices, warranty and insurance details.

02

Search information

SAW records cleaned search phrases so we can identify products and guidance customers cannot find. Before storage, the system removes email-address patterns, long number strings and most punctuation. Search phrases are counted by week. We do not ask you to create or disclose an inventory of your preparedness supplies.

03

Owner review and account information

The private Control Board and website-review tools use sign-in information to verify authorized SAW personnel. Website issue reports record the selected page location, visible text, the note entered, priority, status and the reporting account.

04

Orders, payments and fulfillment

When direct checkout is introduced, SAW may collect the information necessary to process an order, including contact, shipping and order details. Payment-card information will be handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by SAW whenever possible. We may share the minimum necessary order information with manufacturers, distributors, dropshipping suppliers, carriers and service providers that fulfill or support the order.

05

How information is used

We use information to operate and improve the website, answer inquiries, evaluate seller applications, identify missing products, process and support future orders, prevent misuse, protect the business and comply with legal obligations. SAW does not sell personal information as a standalone product.

06

Cookies and service providers

The website platform and sign-in system may use cookies or similar storage required for security, authentication and basic operation. Hosting, database, email, payment, analytics and fulfillment providers may process limited information for the services they perform for SAW and under their own applicable policies.

07

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business records, dispute resolution and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

08

Your choices

You may avoid submitting optional information. You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information associated with you, subject to records we must retain for legal, security or transaction purposes. You can also configure your browser to restrict cookies, although essential site features may then stop working.

09

Children's privacy

SAW is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the SAW store and its services develop. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
